Easy CBM

Are you looking for a quick and no hassle way to find math and literacy fluency measures?  Look no further than Easy CBM!  This site is free for teachers and literally has done all of the legwork for you.  All you need to do is create a free account, choose your grade level, and print the measures you like.
You can enter data online and the site will help you track your students progress and you can also move up or down grade (K-8) to differentiate the activities for your students.  There are HFW fluency measures, reading passages, comprehension activities, math fact fluency drills and much more!!!
Well worth the thirty seconds it takes to set up an account.  My advice would be to look the site over and brainstorm how you will organize the materials before launching off onto print mode.  Since everything has been done for you (scoring sheets included), this literally is a 60 second progress monitoring.  I know, we've heard that line before!  :)
Take a moment and check out the site!  It is well worth it!

DIBELS

It's that time of year again! Assessment! Anyone else feel like they are assessing students way more than we're teaching them? Goodness! I have pulled two resources for you to explore. This are websites that host games and review activities that correlate with DIBELS assessments. Great review strategy for students before they take their turn testing!

Take a few moments and test out the activities on both of these sites. The last time I visited them, all of the links were working. I use these activities as both whole-group activities and as a center rotation. Don't tell the kids but I use them also as a reward! :) What they don't know doesn't hurt them! Do you have any great sites to share? Please leave a comment! Don't be shy!

Mouse Mischief by Microsoft

Real-time assessment. Think of how lovely it would be to have your entire class engaged and have immediate access to their comprehension levels. Ahhh....savor it. Your class is moving forward, closing the gaps, and inspired at the same time. Are you smiling yet? You should be! Microsoft has created "Mouse Mischief" for PowerPoint. Here's a small blurb from their site....

"Mouse Mischief can transform teaching and learning in the classroom. Mouse Mischief integrates into Microsoft PowerPoint 2010 and Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2007, allowing teachers to create interactive presentations that engage and excite every student in the classroom. Approximately 525 students, each with his or her own mouse, can answer multiple choice questions and draw on a shared screen. You can download Mouse Mischief free of charge."
